Founder’s Message
Our founder and CEO, Rishi Vohra, began his journey in Dubai in 2014, starting from the humblest step—working at the ground level and immersing himself in every detail of the industry. Through passion, hard work, and a hands-on approach, Rishi quickly rose through the ranks, earning his place as a leader on major projects.
He demonstrated his vision and expertise by leading the fit-out of Dubai’s iconic Etihad Museum, successfully delivering the Kuwait Museum in Kuwait, and managing the world’s largest and most exclusive boutique, Rubaiyat, in Saudi Arabia. Along the way, he also gained specialized expertise in duty-free retail environments, mastering the art of seamless project execution in complex, high-profile spaces.
Eager to push boundaries further, Rishi spent a year in China, where he studied advanced techniques to improve efficiency and accelerate project workflows. Bringing that global insight back to Dubai, he went on to deliver exceptional interiors for not only LVMH Group brands, but also many of the world’s most prestigious high-end names in luxury, retail, and hospitality. With deep expertise in residential design, Rishi continues to bring refined craftsmanship and innovation to every space.
With a deep commitment to excellence, Rishi founded Decore Works—uniting the finest aspects of luxury craftsmanship under one name, dedicated to creating spaces that inspire and stand the test of time.
